The Uniform
ステージリーディング「The Uniform」安部公房の最初の戯曲「制服」を、世界初英語翻訳し多人種のるつぼニューヨークでマルチキャストで演じる実験的公演を2014年に開催。キャストと観客のボーダーのないアートギャラリーの空間の中で、いったいどんな現象と反応が起こるのか。安部公房の不条理劇が、不条理だらけのニューヨークでどのようなニューヨーカーに伝わるのか検証した。

Kobo Abe's first play was written in 1955.
It is a scandalous absurdity story through the style of using wit, and an ironic sense of humor.
The original play, "Seifuku" was translated from Japanese into English. In the space of the hpgry Gallery New York without the boundary of actors and the audience. A unique experience in the world of the black comedy of experimental theatre.
